Vince Loughlin is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in New Jersey representing individuals, businesses and governmental entities in all areas of civil law throughout New Jersey.

Mr. Loughlin serves as board attorney for many municipal land use boards and is a frequent speaker and instructor at land use seminars. He also represents builders and homeowners in land use applications before zoning and planning boards throughout New Jersey.

Vince Loughlin also represents banks and financial institutions in New Jersey. He also serves as a court-appointed mediator and arbitrator in New Jersey.

Mr. Loughlin earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and he received his A.B. from Rutgers College. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
